This full-property option includes both the main home and the lower-level basement suite, sleeping up to 24 guests with two kitchens, five bathrooms, a private sauna, and multiple living spaces for everyone to spread out and reconnect.

Basement Kitchen that’s ideal for early risers, night owls, or separate family units. Prep snacks, brunch, or game-day spreads without interrupting the flow upstairs.

The great room upstairs has soaring windows, two oversized sectionals, and a dramatic stone fireplace — the natural gathering space after a day outdoors. Downstairs, the basement living area adds another hangout zone with a pool table and comfortable seating, so the group can split up between quiet conversation, movies, and friendly competition.

Booking the full Grand — main home plus basement suite — gives your group maximum space, flexibility, and comfort. Multiple living areas, two kitchens, five bathrooms, and seven bedrooms make it easy for everyone to relax on their own schedule and still come together to connect.

To meet local requirements, we’ll just ask for a brief rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold (pending transaction only). Or, choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead ($57 for up to 10 nights, plus $6 per night beyond 10).
